Getting Started

1. Account Setup

For Company Administrators

  1. Register your account at the RightInsight login page
  2. Complete the full onboarding flow which includes:
  3. NetSuite Account ID identification
  4. OAuth2 feature enablement in NetSuite
  5. NetSuite bundle installation
  6. OAuth2 authorization
  7. Connection testing

For Team Members

  1. Accept your invitation (if invited by an admin)
  2. Complete the streamlined setup which includes:
  3. NetSuite Account ID identification
  4. OAuth2 authorization
  5. Connection testing

2. NetSuite Requirements

Before starting, ensure you have:

  • NetSuite Administrator Access: Required to install the RightInsight bundle
  • OAuth2 Enabled: The bundle will enable this for you
  • Saved Searches: At least one saved search in your NetSuite account

3. First Analysis

Once your account is set up:

  1. Select a Saved Search: Choose from your available NetSuite saved searches
  2. Ask a Question: Type your business question in natural language
  3. Get Insights: Receive AI-powered analysis and recommendations
  4. Follow Up: Use the chat interface to ask follow-up questions
